About Darlene
The guidance I provide helps you to Rise Above and Be the Change in your life regardless of the circumstances. I empower you with the tools to change how you experience your day-to-day life in a way that reveals a clarity of the path to follow to experience internal and external peace as well as anything else you desire in your life. For the past 15+ years I have been utilizing the Zen Life Balance tools with myself and my fitness clients but am now teaching these to all who desire more fulfillment in all areas of life. I have personally used the tools through cancer, loss of loved ones, divorce, emotional eating, and so many more stressful experiences. I continue to use them every day to feel a sense of ease about life and I look forward to meeting you soon. Peace is yours, and so it is!
I truly enjoy helping others find more enjoyment out of life every day. It's like watching someone opening a gift and seeing the excitement on their face with the realization that what they wanted is right in front of them.
