About Samantha

I meet my students where they are at. After filling out an intake form, we will set up a 30 minute consultation to discuss your goals. From there, I will set up a program to help you achieve your goals.

The best part is the journey! I want you to be excited about the process and am here to support you through and through.

I am a 200 HR RYT Certified Yoga Instructor, Meditation Coach and Reiki Practitioner. This is my passion, and I strive to guide my students to be the best version of themselves!

I enjoy every minute of what I do as it does not feel like "work" and it is my pleasure to support others in their life journey. We all have goals we want to achieve, and sometimes lose focus. I love helping others hop back on track once focus is lost. We will take a deep look at your WHY and use that as the anchor to fall back on when it gets tough (and it will). Seeing others work hard and achieve their goals and learning throughout the process is one of the main drivers for why I do what I do.
