About Olena
Hi, I’m Olena.
I am a Denver-based Certified Yoga Instructor.
Through years of education and experience, I teach and motivate my students to make positive changes in their lifestyle through making better nutrition and fitness decisions.
This is about living more joyfully.
Let me take you on the journey of creating a new, improved lifestyle, where along the way you will be equipped with new tools and techniques.
Whatever your goal may be, whether it’s losing weight or relieving stress, you will find yourself living your life fuller.
About me
Originally from Ukraine, I started my yoga journey over 15 years ago. I was lucky to be taught by one of the best instructors in the country, who emphasized the importance of both physical and spiritual aspects of yoga.
When I moved to Colorado, I wanted to deepen my understanding of yoga. So, I got certified as a Yoga Instructor myself.
I enjoy to help people transform their health and mental outlook, and as a result, their life.
