About Em
Every body is different, and I strive to make sure my students feel safe, confident, and comfortable in their practice.
It's constantly changing, I get to work with new people all the time, and it keeps me on my toes.
I had been a student for almost ten years and wanted to enhance my practice and learn how to help others in advancing their practice.
I am a Level 2 Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist as well as a 200 RYT.
