About Giselle

I am dedicated to empower students to get rid of negativity, body pain and mental blockages by teaching them how to raise their Vital Energy QUI using different tools such yoga, breathwork, movement and meditation.

I've been working and helping people for years and I am qualified to addapt the practice to people's needs.

I am passionate about being able to see people changing their lifes, steping in to the best version of themselves, living a painfree life with big smiles in their faces ready to do our sessions.
