About Brittany

Offering personalized and thoughtful movement therapy techniques to help increase client's health holistically.

I am certified in a variety of yoga styles, from Vinyasa to Yin to Prenatal to Kids to Cannabis Enhanced Yoga. I have a passion for movement therapy and working with all students of all backgrounds and experience levels. I offer private and small group lessons in each style and provide a welcoming environment to try something new or reconnect with your personal practice!

Yoga provides the practicioner with an opportuntiy to connect deeper to their physical body, gain mental clarity, release emotional tension and cultivate mindfulness and awareness. These aspects of our yoga practice are a beautiful expressions of self discipline and inquiry. I am honored to hold space to explore yourSelf more, to help you slow down, to reconnect and to tap in to your potential.

My degrees, trainings and certifications include: BA in Dance, Teaching Cred in Physical Education, 200hr Ashtanga-Vinyasa Yoga training, 150hr Yin Yoga training, 85hr Prenatal training, 55hr Ganja Yoga training, over 100hrs kids yoga/meditation/creative movement trainings.

About the lesson

Each student is unique and requires individualized learning and instruction. I provide space for a meaningful and insightful consultation period to understand what is needed to best help each person.

I've worked with students from 3-60, of all levels and backgrounds.
