About Arnelle
Discover Yoga is an online yoga community where students can get all the tools they need to have a life-changing yoga practice at home.
When I first was introduced to Yoga in 2012, I wasn't in it for flexibility or any other physical benefits. I heard rumors that Yoga could help me connect to my spirituality, release stress and be a calmer person overall.
Since I began my journey, Yoga has changed my life in so many ways. The first was giving me access to stress-relieving techniques that helped me graduate college, the second was the positive effects it was having for my physical disability of Erb's Palsy, the third was an introduction to holistic health.
Yoga empowered me with the tools I needed to overcome stress like breathwork, intention and stillness. It was the very first time I was introduced to the idea of witnessing my thoughts without being overcome by them. All of a sudden, I had tools that allowed me to go into the real world and feel more connected, balanced and whole.
