I’ve got 10 years experience teaching yoga and 18 years teaching dance. A retired ballerina who understands working with injuries and the importantance of relaxation
helping others feel better and achieve their health and fitness goals!
I have my yoga teaching certification. I owned my own studios for 5 years and I’ve been teaching ballet for 18 years
