About Daphne
Hi I’m Daphne! I’m excited to meet you! I started my yoga journey about 9 years ago while receiving a BA in Dance from Point Park University. I instantly fell in love with the physical aspects of the practice.. strength and body awareness. I would later realize the mental and emontional benefits the practice was bringing into my life.
If you’re to new yoga or practice on a regular basis. I’d love to be your guide to discover, explore, and connect to your highest self.
