About Crystal

I use the mind/body connection and alignment based movement to help athletes reach full potential by visualizing the end result and taking the necessary steps, towards their goals. I also help increase mental flexibility and physical stability to create more mobility in mind and body.

I have worked with clients for 2 years, yet am honing my craft towards student athletes to lower stress and anxiety on and off the field and in life.

I have my Masters in Health and Wellness Coaching as well as my 200hr yoga teacher certification and have taught in the studio, on the beach, and SUP yoga!

They said to start teaching right after yoga teacher training and I was lucky enough to have the opportunity right away from several different outlets.

I have a Masters in Health and Wellness Coaching and received my 200hr yoga teacher certification. I have coached over 500 hours of sessions at a one on one rate and taught over 500 hours of classes of yoga in the last year.

About the lesson

The student contacts me through email/text/phone and we discuss the goals and what the student is looking for from classes, lessons, or coaching. Then the student picks from the group classes or programs available and we get started!

I have worked with all different types of students...men, women, children and ranging from age 6-75...

My expertise is a bit specialized where the student really should be looking for better body awareness and be willing to open their mind to the possibilities of their full potential!

What is it that they TRULY want? We all want peace and happiness, yet those can be surface solutions. What is the root of the issue and are they willing to COMMIT to themselves, the practice and where this journey will take them, no matter WHAT arises?

My group yoga classes are standard and at a specified place and price, for all levels of classes with modifications.

My private yoga sessions are one on one and personalized to reach the particular goals of the student while having more time to align mind and body with the poses
