About Catherine
Hi Susan,
I’ve been teaching for over 15 years! If you’d like to chat you can text me (concealed information) I’m located in Croton. Have many references. However, I would need to come to your home.
I starting teaching out if my home with a student base of 10 women and a couple of men.
Many trainings that I will most certainly share in person! My last training was for Yin Yoga!

I have worked with a variety of students. From PTSD through severe back problems and anxiety ridden clients! Yoga heals!!!
To be open to the possibility of receiving the gift of self healing through Yoga!
