About Vanessa
Vanessa grew up in South Africa and moved to Seattle in the early 2000s. In 2010 she took her first hot yoga class at a small local studio and quickly fell in love. When Vanessa and her husband moved to Orange County in 2015 she took the opportunity to deepen her practice. She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification at CorePower Yoga in the Spring of 2016.
Today she passionately shares the love of yoga with her students. Vanessa provides classes which strengthen your body, calm your mind and nurture your soul. Vanessa is grateful to be part of the transformation her students experience as they come to their mat.
When she is not in the yoga studio you can find her skydiving or playing with her two golden retrievers on the beach. Whether in the sky or on your mat Vanessa looks forward to meeting you and sharing in your journey.
Yoga practice is a wonderful way to transform one's body, mind and soul. I love sharing my passion for yoga with students, and being part of their yoga journey. The most wonderful feeling is when a student discovers their yoga and it's as if their whole life blossoms open.
