About Terri
We are a private studio that offers individual workout plans to meet the clients needs and health limitations. Our clients workout in individual rooms with the trainer, so you are not in a big gym where everyone can see you.
We love seeing our clients become stronger, healthier, more energetic, more stabile and flexible. When you can make a difference in someone's life that makes them feel better it is very rewarding.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology-Exercise Physiology and have my personal training certificate thru the National Strength and Conditioning Association(NSCA). All trainers at DeCore Fitness are certified personal trainers.
