About Nadeya
I am a very passionate yoga teacher with a teaching background from Northern India. My style of teaching offers traditional yoga with elements of a modern-day practice. I am completeley devoted to guiding my students through a practice where they can learn and grow as a yoga practitioner. I have been practicing yoga since 2013 and received my 200 RYT in Dharamsala, India in 2017 in Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative and Ashtanga. I have recently completed training in Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep/Guided Relaxation) in Chicago, IL with Mia Park under the lineage of guru, Swami Rama. The classes I teach are focused on not only the physical practice of asana, but I include meditation, pranayama (breath techniques) and reiki upon request. I teach yoga with the intention to help others not only to have fun and let go, but to help others transform suffering into liberation. I have a strong focus on aligment and offer adjustments for all of my students. I have taught yoga in Asia as well as the U.S. and have a strong background in teaching for a variety of ages from ages 18-80.
I am also a certified Master Usui Reiki Practitioner and offer 75-min healing session for clients.
