About James
I am a Certified yoga teacher with over 1000 hours of Teacher Training and I've been teaching for 14 years. I stress that yoga is for everyone and that it's call yoga practice, not yoga perfect. I'm used to teaching students from beginners to more experienced yogis. I gear my class to the abilities of each student. I'm fully insured and look forward to hearing from interested students.
When I was doing my personal practice several of my teachers thought I would be a good teacher and suggested I go for formal training.
I have completed two Certified Yoga Teacher Trainings and I have 1000 hours of training. I'm in my 15th year of teaching yoga and meditation.

I discuss this with the student after we meet. The pricing depends on how far I travel and how often the student wants me to work with them.
