Yoga lessons with compassionate expert teacher of 20 years experience. Yoga for all levels, ages and body types.
I believe Yoga and Meditation can help us in all areas of life. It is a far reaching and transformative practice. Yoga and Meditation can help with rehab of all kinds, stress relief, help manage anxiety and depression and be part of a wellness lifestyle.
20 years teaching experience. I completed my Yoga Teacher Training in India in 2003. Since then I have traveled around the world teaching Yoga retreats and Teacher's Trainings. I continually take classes and never stop learning
