I offer various levels of Hatha Yoga practices based on student's physical ability. All practices are offered to help them establish an independent personal home practice with lessons ranging from 3-7 sessions of 2 hours each.
I have worked with students 4 years old to 65 years and all ages and flexibility levels in between.
As long as there is a willing student I am here to offer the profound practices of ancient Classical Hatha Yoga. The practices offered here are precise with instructions and offer modifications based on student's ability.
A student drive 4.5 hours one way to take 2 of my popular Hatha Yoga classes called Surya Shakti and Surya Kriya
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
