About Nicholas
Custom tailored classes to meet your needs and goals right in the comfort of your own home or office. With a focus on healthy choices for the body and mind, we will work together to create a beneficial routine for you to practice, whether you are a beginner or just looking to broaden your practice.
With a focus on rehabilitation and weight management, I have been teaching yoga and meditation for the last decade. I received my 500-hr advanced yoga teaching certificate in 2013 from Always-at-Aum yoga school. Through my classes you will gain an appreciation for what your body is capable of, while practicing in a safe and supportive environment.
