About Alon

I'm a 200 hour YT, I give all level yoga lessons ages 16+. Group and private lessons in home or at parks (studio coming soon) I started doing yoga in 2020 and graduated YTT January 2021, I've been teaching classes throughout my training with friends and family to help get a feel for teaching lessons to others!

I love helping people, women especially find there self through wellness and peace. It's been hard through the pandemic so falling into stress, anxiety and depression is a real thing that you do not have to go through alone and I love to be the vessel to peoples needs! And who doesn't wanna go into the summer with a clear state of mindand a sexy body!

I've always been into fitness growing up so this was just something I think I found my self! And at my old high school I was captain of my cheer squad and they wanted to book me after seeing my TikTok and Instagram

I can come in home or to your office, your nearby park or greenfield or via zoom class, yoga is not only physical but mental. A lifestyle change and I'm willing to help exceed your expectations in reaching your goals mentally, spirtually and physically! Alons yoga escape is bringing the escape to you a nature filled experience to get you through your day to day life.
starting off with some beginner poses and stretches to deepen your practice and I'll be providing a yoga journal to keep track of feelings, poses, and your journey you'll never be alone through this!
