About Alexa
Alexa is a bilingual English/Spanish, Registered 200HR Yoga Instructor in New York. She is certified in Vinyasa & Restorative Yoga and also specializes in Pre/Post Natal, Kids, Seniors & Corporate yoga.
Self-discovery, empowerment and growth are some of the notions she endorses through her different styles of yoga practices. She has helped countless students of all ages find their way back to a more balanced healthful state in their own bodies. Her unparalleled knowledge has led her to guest speaking opportunities at different health and wellness summits as well as community events. She is profoundly grateful to her teachers and mentors for their invaluable lessons and inspirations.
