About Melissa

Melissa is a registered 200 hour yoga instructor currently working towards her 500 hour certification. She teaches yoga at many fitness facilities in the community as well as private classes. Melissa provides individualized attention with a focus on mind, body, soul, and community. Breathing techniques are often weaved into the yoga session. Clear instructions that break down the postures and work with your individual needs.
