About Melissa
I individualize my classes to bring healing on a physical, emotional and spiritual level to all clients. I teach group and private yoga classes and enjoy meeting my clients where they are at within their skill level.
Realized I wanted to contribute to helping transform people’s lives from the inside out.

Initial consultation to discuss client goals and any wellness concerns and then agree to a group or private class session.
I have worked with all levels and all ages. From kids yoga to seniors.
I enjoy teaching a private yoga season with a client and I also enjoyed teaching goat yoga for a private event.
