About Linda
I have owned my studio for over 24 years and have been teaching for over 30 years. i have worked with all levels and degrees of injuries and can cater the private to the individual. I also hold several degrees in Nutrition including a Bachelor's and Master's Degree that i can integrate into mindful living and eating
I love helping clients start their process in yoga or helping to facilitate whatever changes they are seeking to make with compassion sensitivity and support.
i started practicing yoga when i was 21 and studying nutrition at the same time, my passion for yoga overrided my desire to fixt peoples' diets and began intensive study and training in how to provide nutrition for the soul.
i am a 500 hour certified yoga instructor with a bachelors and masters degree in food science dietetics and nutrition. i have been teaching yoga for close to 20 years and have worked with all levels in yoga.
