About Kody
I create an individualized plan based on my client's goals. I know how to supplement a yoga practice with stength training and nutrition to support those goals.
I love helping people work towards their goals, reduce pain and improve their lives with yoga. I also enjoy making playlists based on my students' genre preferences.
I started teaching at the studio where I completed my teacher training.
