About Adriana
Adriana Artistic Creations promotes healthy body, mind and spirit through Yoga and energy healing. I'm certified as a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher 200RYT. I offer bilingual (English or Spanish) private and group sessions. I work teaching Yoga to groups at privated residences and I love to work with beginners. Yoga is much more than been flexible and do all the poses and I want to share that with my clients. My goal is to bring new people to the Yoga practice.
As a Reiki Master, I work with crystals checking and balancing the chakras with my pendulum getting focused on what the body is trying to communicate. In my sessions guided meditations and peaceful music for stress relief are included to take my clients in to a deep relaxation before starting to work on them. Sessions can be offered in English or Spanish.
I love what I do and I really enjoy when my clients express the benefits they feel after a Yoga class or an energy healing session. Every client is different and I love I can be creative depending on their needs.
