About Sakina
I am an advanced certified yoga instructor and creator of BK Buddha, a traveling wellness studio where she provides yoga instruction, mediation and wellness guidance to the person who wouldn’t step foot in a yoga studio. I teach an undergraduate course, Yoga Theory and Application at Seton Hall University in the College of Education and Human Services. This course provides students with basic yoga fundamentals on and off the mat. My background in Publishing and Marketing has laid the foundation to navigate in the wellness community making yoga for every body and everyone. I believe harmonizing the body, energizing the spirit will empower the mind.
I enjoy being able to provide my clients with the yoga instruction that fits their personal needs. I am fulfilled when I can serve the needs of others.
