About Megan

Wellness solutions for real life, no bs.

I won't make you drink the kool aid, but instead I'll find ways to work fitness and mindfulness into your current lifestyle.

I teach vinyasa, yin, and restoraitve yoga, and can create a custom program for exactly what you need - physically, mentally, & emotionally.

My aim is to help folks reduce anxiety and feel strong and healthy in their bodies. While I lead the physical practice of yoga, everything is infused with the practice of mindfulness, giving folks tools they can use off the mat to stay present and calm.
