Accessible Hatha, Vinyasa, and Kundalini. Yoga for every body! I am a real person, not a model, who brings humor and authenticity to the business of tending to body, mind, and spirit.

500-hour certified in Sivananda classical Hatha yoga, Kundalini with Ayurveda, Enneagram, and Lunar Wisdom, and Chair yoga

I've been doing karma yoga (volunteering) through Sivananda (in person and online since Covid) and also put out some classes on Facebook live and IG live.
