About Claudia
I have over a decade of experience teaching movement of some form giving me a great understanding of the body. I shape every lesson to each student working on areas they'd like to explore.
Teaching yoga is my way of giving back. I was introduced to yoga through a donation based yoga school and realized I needed to use my talents as a teacher to give back to this community that gave me so much grounding in my life.
