About George
Self-improvement begins with fundamental components of health and wellness. I will evaluate each client as an individual to develop your lessons. I use a knowledge of biology, human movement, nutrition, and psychology to create a great workout.
I love getting to know what is unique about each learner. As people, we all grow in different ways and at rates. I love seeing people find their stride.
I was certified as a personal trainer through a nationally accredited program. I studied therapeutic exercise for special populations, as well as exercise therapy. I am a certified physical therapy aid. I am also internationally ranked in martial arts and TaiJi. I have taught for half a decade in exercise therapy and martial arts.

I begin by sharing tea with a prospective student, as they tell me about themselves. I ask what they do for work, if they exercise, and any health restriction. Asking question to understand each persons lifestyle, is important for the longevity of learning. Then, we try for three lessons as a trial period.
