About Lori
I love teaching yoga to new and experienced students. My training is in Kripalu Yoga--the yoga of compassion or meditation in motion. Kripalu Yoga brings students back to their center and teaches self-compassion and compassion for others. I lived at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in the Berkshire's of western Massachusetts from 2003 to 2004 and received my 200-hour yoga teacher certification. I was hired there as a yoga teacher and over the next 4 years, got certified at the 500-hour level and trained with many world-renowned teachers. I taught yoga for the City of Boulder from 2009 to 2020 and now teach group and private Zoom classes. I am also a licensed massage and physical therapist in private practice in South Boulder (concealed information)
CYT-500 in Kripalu Yoga, master's degree in physical therapy from Hahnemann University, licensed massage therapist.
