My passion in God, hopes to help women achieve their best.
I injured my back in 2006. I was a runner at the time; and my doctor advised for me to stop! Not only stop, but do yoga.
STOP? And YOGA!!!!!
......and I did. Wow!!!!
it changed everything in my life. Between God and Yoga I've had the privledge to get to know peace. ...

My goal is to Understand where one is physically. Guiding them in transition to the flow of yoga. Once they are more acclimated, I like to introduce new postures and poses. This can help tune into themselves in postures that'll also alleviate the cues of stresses. All through the guide of breath, balance, strength, and discipline.
I've worked with all levels from babies, kids, teenagers, adults and seniors.
I advice a teacher that meets your needs, inspires you, and a genuine person.
Considering Covid, there's hasn't been any event.
But, on a side I'm involved in the film industry and looking forward to coming soon events!
