I am not confident in my yoga practice since I’m new at it, but Nadia made me feel comfortable in her class. She knows how to reposition my body into the correct form/pose. Plus she is super sweet, and very knowledgeable in what she does. Best yoga teacher!!

Nadia is a fabulous instructor! She has a spunky style that is so fun and encouraging at the same time. And she is so hands-on with her students! She not only helped me to get deeper into each pose, but she is so gently with her assistance that you can’t help but relax. And although this is usually such a small thing, her music selection was so cool and upbeat. It really was the perfect tension between energizing and calming. I loved it and can’t wait to take her class again.
