About Lauren
Hello! I am a 200 HrRYT Yoga teacher with two 20Hr additional trainings in trauma-sensitive yoga. I teach the principles of yoga with an emphasis in proper alignment and stress relief. Mindfulness as well as meditation play a big part in the success of my practice. I love working with people one-on-one and in the classroom to promote wellness and a sense of well-being. It is my calling to give people the tools to live a healthy and productive life. Let Go Yoga allows you to let go and live better.

When working with a new student, it is important to understand why the student is seeking the benefits of yoga practice. It all starts by me understading the needs and intention of the students.We will then begin a yoga practice where I will work closely to the student to ensure proper alignment and deep breath in the postures. Each practice guided by the student and their movement and desires.

Lauren is such an amazing instructor. She really loves what she does and it shows through her work. I am new to yoga and after one class with her I am addicted. It was so relaxing, yet pushed me. Details
For new students, I charge $75 an hour. If 4 lessons are purchased in advance the total charge is $320, each individual lesson then amounts to $70 an hour.
