About Molly
After praciting yoga for several years consistently, teaching was the next logical step for me. I love it.
I have over 700 hours of training done over the course of the past 7 years and have taught thousands of hours of yoga. I have taught everyone from teenagers to pregnant people to less mobile folks and every one in between.

We will chat before our lesson so I can get an idea of your experience, what you have going on in your body and what you are hoping to acheive. Then, I will create a class specifically to meet your needs! We can also modify or change things to suit you better too.
Everyone! Athletes, dancer, couch potatoes, people who want a work out, people who want to meditate, people who want to stretch, people working with injuries, new moms.

I charge $100 for a one hour lesson and offer package deals if you want to book several classes at once. My fee includes a check in before our lesson.
