Each and everytime a students achieves something they never felt possible in a practice is for me as a teacher the most rewarding experience of all. For some it is letting go, for others it is the acceptance of self, for others it is achieving that balancing pose and for others it is finding ease in their bodies. Every student is unique as is their experience, I am there as your support to lead you gently there and help you achieve your health goal.

I’d give Kate 10 stars. Kate is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, nurturing and dedicated to her students needs. I had a shoulder injury when I first started my yoga practice, Kate’s technique using yoga therapy alleviated my symptoms. YogaNurture has definitely enriched my life.
