About Colleen

Hi, I am Colleen and I am a certified RYT 200 with my accreditation from YogaWorks.

I am also a reiki practitioner. I offer chakra balancing and crystal healing as part of my energy work.

I created my company, The Soul Nourish, to help spread the word globally, that yoga and healing is for EVERYONE.

There are so many benefits to creating and sustaining a yoga practice. Contrary to popular belief you don’t have to be flexible or bendy to start one. I for one am not flexible and or bendy.

I truly LOVE sharing the gift of yoga. I want to help bring balance and lightness to your life with my gentle, beginner, restorative classes and healing classes.

I also offer private one on one sessions as well as Corporate Wellness classes for your company or place of employment.
