I offer Yoga lessons, breathwork, mentoring/coaching for eating disorders and Depression/Anxiety, nutritional counseling, touch therapy/massage, and more! We craft our sessions according to what YOU need to uplift, inspire, and generate your vital life force.

This is what I am trying to cultivate, and it brings me so much joy to see people waking up and loving themselves so that they can love others. There is nohing else!
