About Holly
My name is Holly and I'm the founder of Hollytopia wellness. I created Hollytopia Wellness to infuse my love of spirituality with travel. I've been practicing yoga for over 10 years now and I completed my 200 hr teacher training at a studio called Samadhi in Denver, Colorado. Hollytopia Wellness interwines the healing powers of meditative yoga, natural herbs/essential oil, and energy work to bring all parts of ourslves into harmony with the world around us. My website is hollytopiawellness.com and facebook is hollitopia wellness
I love the energy that is brought into a yoga practice as we move in rhythm with our breath. The pulsation of our movement is the expression of our soul moving effortlessly thru space. The magic happens when our mind, body, and spirit harmonious their rhythm. Everytime we roll out our mats becomes an expression of our souls as we connect deeper to the depths of our being.
