About Shakeesha
I’m very passionate about helping those seeking to improve their lives from within, with a consistent spiritual yoga practice using the tools of Kundalini Yoga, steam therapy, and other healing modalities.
I'm a kundalini yoga guide that encourages self-healing and self-empowerment with Kundalini Yoga/Meditation, Herbal Steam Therapy, and Bike Therapy. I have been practicing the ancient technology of Kundalini Yoga for 10 nine years and teaching it for 8 years. I customize unique Kundalini Yoga experiences to aid the students to be clear, grounded, and strong. Herbal Steam Therapy (Womb Healing Sessions) helps to release stagnant energies in the womb and well as offering a multitude of healing possibilities on the physical level.
I love guiding my students on unique journeys of healing and creation. I love helping to shift the perspective of practitioners to one that is more helpful, joyful, and intentional. I love co-creating with my students in gratitude and love.
