I've always wanted to deepen my own personal practice of yoga and noticed I was teaching friends/family as well. In 2020, I wanted to do more meaningful work as well as help others with their health and wellness.

I currently teach online, or outside/at a park as I do not have a studio space. I am also available to travel to your desired home/location (travel fee applies).

My current rate for 1-on-1 sessions is $30 for 60min. I offer a discount per session when multiple sessions are booked in advanced or if you sign up for one of my coaching programs. Groups of 3 or more are $20 per person.
