About Liv
We are a concierge wellness studio. Liv is a certified prenatal yoga teacher, registered yoga teacher, fitness and wellness advocate and a birth and prenatal doula. Liv cannot wait to make an influential and impactful mark on your life through yoga and wellness.
I have practiced yoga for years. In 2019, it became an essential part of my healing journey and after months of being immersed in the practice, I decided to help others in my own way.
I have 500 HR YTT, 85HR Prenatal Yoga training, 80HR Children's yoga training, 25 HR BIPOC Prenatal Yoga Teacher training, CPR/First Aid Training, a Birth Doula certification, Childbirth and Breastfeeding training and many more.
