About Joey
RYT-200, NASM-CPT, Certified Meditation/Breathwork Coach, SMR Instructor
The rabbit hole of health and wellness seems endless and Joey is no stranger to this. He found yoga in high school and practiced for 10+ years before deciding to get certified as a yoga instructor. From there, he dove deeper into self-myofascial release (SMR), meditation, and breathwork as a means of healing and improving his mind and body.
He recently became certified as a personal trainer through NASM.
Joey uses his training and background in Molecular Cell Biology to afford a deep understanding not only of what happens on the surface, but also underneath where the physical eyes cannot see when we practice.
My work is in helping people discover their power. I enjoy helping them feel more confident, happier, and less anxious about everyday life. It is an honor to share my knowledge and my practice with you.
I have a degree in molecular cell biology and an extensive anatomy background that gives me a deeper understanding of the human body...how it moves, how it breathes, and how it simply is.

Start with a quick get-to-know-you conversation that will allow me to best determine which type of work you would be best suited for. From there, we will discuss goals and schedule our first session.
I've worked with all sorts of students, from elementary/middle school kids to adults 60+ with various injuries. I've also worked with students recovering from life-threatening illnesses.
