About Cari

I have over 10 years of experience in healing, arts, and yoga. I am a yoga teacher, actress, and breast cancer survivor. Yoga and meditation were a huge part of my healing during treatment. I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training and since then I have taught over 1000 hours of yoga. My talent and goal is to guide you through a practice that calms your mind, allows you to move your body with proper alignment & breath, create an environment for connection. & community, and help you reconnect with what you really want out life. It's the doing that is important. You will also gain strength and flexibility. I am always excited to see change happen even after one class. I focus on beginners to intermediate level. Additionally, I also design yoga parties of all occasions including weddings. Essential oils are very powerful and are an option to add to your practice. I teach in corporate settings, small office yoga, athletes, athletic teams, cancer patients, women’s groups, and for film/tv production sets. I'm also the official yoga instructor for the Georgia Entertainment Sports League which now has over 1000 members! I am looking forward to connecting with you so we can get our YogaOn! For updated reviews please visit my website and visit the Corporate & Private Yoga Page. (concealed information) *I charge a travel for jobs outside of Atlanta starting at $25.

I love sharing the gift of yoga. It has carried my through the good times and the hard times I am so thankful I have it in my life
