About Ashley
I know what to do through 12 year if working with bodies under chiropractic advice, building growing two yoga studios in Miami Beach and Lately, LA, certifying 78 teachers to teach through my Yoga Alliance RYT 200 Yoga Teacher Training Prigram with all modalities under everysituation/ circumstance. I was born to teach you how to live, enjoy and nurture your relationship with yourself through yoga, meditation and Body work. I am confident in my ability to make any human on this planet feel better in their bodies, minds and spirits through Yoga, Meditation, Body Work and Massage. (concealed information)
I enjoy witnessing first hand the healing and magical powers of Yoga, how they change people’s lives. The blessings that come with a bit of disciple that leads to a lot of freedom. I am honored to do the work that I do. I am obsessed with helping others understand how perfect and divine we/ they are in every way, in every level.
it was a total fluke! I had become obsessed with yoga, and one of my teachers suggested I take teacher training-. I told her she was crazy! I did it, and I have never looked back, I have opened two yoga studio on both coasts, work currently under a chiropractior in Beverly Hills and, I guess yoga found me, and never let me go, and I would never wish for another life.

I always think of the first session as a "first date" in a way, getting to know the person, watching them move, and hearing what they have to say regarding how they are feeling in their bodies on a day to day basis. I like to set at least 3 goals of little or big things we can incorporate or take out of our every day lives that may serve us in a more meaningful way- day to day.
