About Sandra
Yoga Therapy is a process of empowering individuals to take control of their healing process using physical practices, breath awareness, sound, and even diet and lifestyle via the tools of traditional Yoga and Ayurveda. Current clients range in age from teenage to older adult, from healthy and strong to varying states of disability from musculoskeletal issues to stress and anxiety. It is rewarding to see steady progress towards health and happiness.

Our initial session includes an intake where we go over the challenges you face and wish to work with, what you are currently doing (medical work, medications, etc), and what you hope to accomplish. We then work together to create a practice you can easily do at home or at work. Additional sessions refine and adjust your home program as you progress towards your goals. We may begin with breath and stress reduction practices, implement gentle movement sequences; if you are fit we will teach you stronger routines to balance your current fitness regimes.
