About Anna
I offer OVERALL health. From movement to nutrition to spirituality. A balanced life in all aspects, is a healthy lifestyle.
I have been teaching varying levels of yoga since 2009. From beginners, to gentle, vinyasa and power, I can help you move your body in ways that is both functional, strong and gentle.
In 2014 I earned my certification as a Board Certified Health coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrtion. My training, which included 100s of dietary theories, aided me in creating my programs to include a mind, body, perspective.
As a nutritional cleanse coach I teach my client how good can be used as the fuel to achieve our greatest dreams and accomplishments.
I have rounded out my training by becoming a reiki practitioner, thus adding another component to creating a balanced life for my clients.
I fell in love with yoga and nutrtion and knew that my passion is to help others live their absolutely best lives.
