About Raquel
Rakeli is a holistic wellness practitioner dedicated to helping individuals restore balance, alignment, and vitality from the inside out. Specializing in therapeutic, injury-preventative movements, she designs customized sessions tailored to accommodate each client's unique physical needs and restrictions.
With a deep expertise spanning mindful movement and energy healing, Rakeli offers a diverse range of practices, including:
Yoga & Meditation: Leading everything from gentle Beginners' Yoga and Restorative Yin to dynamic Vinyasa, Hot Yoga, and calming Guided Meditation.
Pilates: Teaching Classic Mat Pilates and high-energy, low-impact HIIT Hot Pilates, as well as specialized Reformer Pilates focused on correcting body imbalances and improving posture.
Holistic Therapies: Utilizing Reiki and Sound Healing frequencies to activate the body's natural healing processes and lower stress levels.
Driven by the belief that transformation can happen anywhere and in any form, Rakeli provides a compassionate, supportive environment to help clients build a strong physical foundation and achieve lasting emotional and physical well-being.
