Coming back to your Soul creates abundance in all areas of your life. The map is already inside of you and I will be your mirror to help you see who you truly are. I help you learn to navigate your own waters and take hold of the wheel this guiding you back to who you truly are.

Through yoga and mentoring you begin to shift your current reality into what you truly desire that makes you feel fulfilled. All of your answers are inside of you and I am here to help you obtain your desires through intuitive guidance from moving your body, being playful, while simultaneously experiencing, giving and receiving unconditional love in all areas of your life.

Truly being able to help others see their divinity sets my Soul on fire 🔥 helping you see past the surface level and go deep within to access all parts of you ready to be loved and opened, it’s a beautiful experience to share and witness.

Out of the passion for wanting to helping others see past their facades to truly access who I already see within them. Having this gift of being able to see who you truly are helps bring to light that which is so needed in this world, LOVE! I help you access just that and it’s starts within.

Certified 200 hour Yoga Teacher based in Alignment based Hatha Yoga.

Business and Marketing Bachelors Degree which I use my 5 years of entrepreneurship for those looking for guidance for starting or aiding their business.

Mentoring for 5 years in the personal development space.

Retreats are just getting started with the first one in Sedona, Arizona come April 2019! It’s going to be an epic beginning to new adventures.

About the lesson

We begin by getting to know who you are, your intentions, goals and desires are. I then breakdown what our time together will look like based off of what you’ve shown me. At which point I intuitively guide you each week towards your true north path.

You are supported through the process and have access to me directly. There is accountability and reassurance along your individual path. You are whole and together we help you heal those pieces of you that are calling to be released.

Its an intimate and profound experience that holds you in your highest light helping you reprogram and access all you’re here to be.

I specialize with women who are ready to step into the fullest expression of who they are. That are committed to their own transformation and growth in this lifetime. A woman who is committed to busting through what’s holding her back and ready to hear it all to obtain her desires, especially the messy stuff. Someone willing to let another hold space for them to expand without judgement or expectations. A woman ready to discover all those hidden places within herself that bring her joy, peace and ultimate expansion.

Follow what your body and Soul are calling you to do. Ask questions and feel if working with that teacher feels like a positive investment for where you want to go in your life. If you are led to work with me there is a grander reason as to why you’ve found me. It’s all connected.

Sharing space with my Soul Sisters that I have cultivated in my own life which is a specialty I teach to the women I work with. Having ultimate support from women who uplift and grow right along side you is priceless.
