About Nicole

My Mission is to offer safe haven as you experience deep holistic healing and true transformation in an environment free of judgment and filled with love. The practices here are meant to encourage you to find acceptance for yourself, just as you are right now, and understanding that during each process you will be fully supported. I’m an Ayurveda Yoga Teacher, Ayurveda Practitioner, Pure Energy Therapist, Advanced Ho'oponopono Practitioner, Dream Analyst, and POUND Pro. I love sharing my passions and making my offerings accessible to everyone. Watching others heal and progress warms my heart and inspires me to deepen my own studies and practices, too!

I began teaching because I realized how beneficial Yoga has been in my own healing, and I want the same for others. I teach according to traditional Yoga texts, and from my own experiences.

I have been practicing Yoga for 20+ years, which has enabled me to develop a great understanding of both its physical and emotional benefits. I’m a registered Yoga teacher, Ayurveda Practitioner, Pure Energy Therapist, Advanced Ho'oponopono Practitioner, Dream Analyst, and POUND Pro.

About the lesson

Whether a new client is coming for group classes or working one to one, I like to know where they are at in their wellness journey. I may invite him into a simple intake or a full consultation to best determine her needs and create an action plan. Each client is treated as an individual, and I strive to meet each one's unique needs.

I work with student of all levels, creating programs for each client based on their unique needs. Many of my students deal with anxiety, depression, and addictions, while others need assistance healing from physical ailments. Some students need to develop strength and flexibility while others want to relax.

When someone approaches me about how to find the best yoga teacher, I recommend she seeks a teacher who resonates with her beliefs and needs. I also suggest the teacher should be willing to meet her where she's at and to honor any injuries and hesitations until student is ready.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Before a student talks with a yoga teacher, I suggest she considers commitment level. First, are you willing to honor your commitment to your own self-care? And then, is the teacher able to commit to you throughout the development of your practice? Can the teacher meet your physical, mental, emotional, and/or spiritual needs? Yoga is a personal journey, so your teacher should also be someone with whom you trust.
